elevated 4 to 2 interchange v2

This version removes the final two r14 turns improving throughput further vs the original. It is no longer footprint compatible with @Marval's elevated roundabout or the original. It is two tiles wider and offset to make it symmetric. It can be used to replace the prior version and the original design from @Marval - but it will require slight adjustments to the connection points.

This is the preferred version for new designs.

@Marval's elevated roundabout download contains a entire elevated rail system that I use heavily in my designs to provide express travel for long hauls. I have used this system as part of a build where I have no trucks and only use trains for all transport. I highly recommend it.
