2 votes Add alphabetical sorting to the mod sorting list 1 · Hoochie · 8 days ago 8 days ago by Vladovlak Posted 8 days ago Hello!\ Sorting mods alphabetically is really missing. If there weren't that many mods before, such sorting wasn't really needed, but over time mods keep getting added, new ones keep appearing, and navigation becomes more difficult.\ It would be a great op…

2 votes Default sort on mods page to "Last Updated" 1 · hreintke · 4 months ago 4 months ago by Vladovlak Posted 4 months ago At this moment the mods are sorted in "Popularity".\ Consequence is that any new/updated mod will never get in the first view and never get any visibility. If that is changed to "Last updated" it would greatly improve the useability of the mod page

In addition, a keyboard shortcut acti…

1 vote API for managing mods 0 · Kayser · 21 days ago 21 days ago by Kayser Posted 21 days ago I'm trying to automate my release flow, but it's currently very fragile as I need to work through the Chrome interface using a file picker to get the zip file, etc. It would be fantastic if you could add an API for managing releases using a REST API or sim…

1 vote Save button hovering or also at the top 0 · Kayser · 25 days ago 25 days ago by Kayser Posted 25 days ago When editing mod page, the save button is all the way at the bottom. Could it be hovering or at least one near the top also?

1 vote Be able to Favorite, Thumbsup/down mods, blueprints, maps via the game 0 · ComputerNerd · 28 days ago 28 days ago by ComputerNerd Posted 28 days ago I love that you can now checkout and install mods, blueprints and maps thru the game instead of having to do it manually from the website hub. But, I can't Favorite, Thumbsup or Thumbsdown these from the game. I still have to use my web browser and go to t…

1 vote Photo/gallery tab for mods 0 · JustADragon · 4 months ago 4 months ago by JustADragon Posted 4 months ago I think this would be useful as it's a way for mods to show off what they have, especially mods that add new content like vehicles and buildings.\ This could be an extra tab on the mod page, or a big front and center album like what blueprints and maps hav…

1 vote The mod homepage should be sorted by "last updated" 0 · FactorioPlayer · 4 months ago 4 months ago by FactorioPlayer Posted 4 months ago The mod homepage should be sorted by "last updated", which is normal. Other similar websites are like this. Diligent mod authors should be displayed. Some mods have been released for several months without updates, so should they be kept on the homepage?

1 vote Sort order from posts under a topic 0 · hreintke · 5 months ago 5 months ago by hreintke Posted 5 months ago Currently, the posts under a topic is sorted by date replied, oldest first.\ It should be latest first, then you don't have to scroll to the last to see an update on the topic.

1 vote TAG: Installed mods 3 · Hashishish · 4 months ago 4 months ago by Captain Marek Posted 5 months ago Dear Mafi,\ In support of the existing proposal, I would like to express the need for a quick sorting of all mods by a tag that could sort mods that the user has marked “Installed” (or which would be automatically marked when downloading, but the user coul…

1 vote Default view 0 · Vulkandrache · 5 months ago 5 months ago by Vulkandrache Posted 5 months ago Have maps and mods start sorted as "last updated" rather than the useless popularity.

1 vote Last updated 1 · Moriarty · 5 months ago 5 months ago by Moriarty Posted 5 months ago Could we maybe get an update to the display when mod was last updated. Maybe make it a bit more obvious and maybe say "last updated 20mins ago" And if user has downloaded the mod, it maybe say "there is a new version to download"\ \ ![image.png](/content-i…

1 vote Add at toplevel a Topic "Latest" and provide a RSS feed for that 0 · hreintke · 5 months ago 5 months ago by hreintke Posted 5 months ago Maybe all toplevel topics should have a RSS feed showing the latest xx messages.\ Mod developers f.e. can then have a quick view on their messages without having to o through the UI to reach the messages.

1 vote Change log in markdown 1 · Kayser · 5 months ago 5 months ago by Captain Marek Posted 5 months ago Just a wish. Not highest priority. Allow change log to be .md or .txt.

1 vote Organization of the "Forum > Mods" Board 0 · ComputerNerd · 5 months ago 5 months ago by ComputerNerd Posted 5 months ago I can image a year from now like Stellaris or Cities Skylines there might be thousands of Mods for Captains of Industry. I foresee that since every Mod created automatically gets it's own sub-board, the list in the Mods Board is going to eventually become …

1 vote Edit Changelogs 0 · Moriarty · 5 months ago 5 months ago by Moriarty Posted 5 months ago Would be great if we could edit changelogs after uploading new version. For example if you miss adding crucial info and don't have to upload another version to just change the changelog. Or is it possible and i am just blind?

1 vote Improvements to the Blueprints section 1 · Kellis · 5 months ago 5 months ago by Kayser Posted 5 months ago Hey! I think the Blueprints is probably a encoded JSON file. I'd like to see the following features: 1. The ability to view the structure of blueprints (folders, etc.). 2. Seeing which buildings are used in the blueprints. 3. If possible, view selected rec…

1 vote Show preview of files included 0 · Kayser · 5 months ago 5 months ago by Kayser Posted 5 months ago Instead of just semi-static preview, it would be nice to show the included files. Or have a separate preview files panel. ![image.png](/content-images/97c71601a7fc6073c56be6f1c4c56c872e0e03e89e42a4e57fa27b3c04661923/image.png)

1 vote Co-authors/collaborators, transfer ownership 0 · Kayser · 5 months ago 5 months ago by Kayser Posted 5 months ago Make it possible for the owner to invite collaborators/co-authors to help maintain the mod on the hub. And transfer ownership, if needed.

1 vote Add modders recommendation tab 0 · Moriarty · 5 months ago 5 months ago by Moriarty Posted 5 months ago Would be nice to have a extra tab "Modder's favorite mods or Modder's recommendations" \ Where one can link on hub mod page to smaller good mods to help them rise and get attention or recommend to user otherwise good mods.
