The mod needs an update.

Currently, the mod is not compatible with the current version of the game (0.8.6x) and blocks blueprint functionality.

Please update the mod — actually, it would be great to update all your mods in general.

Same here. I removed this mod and the problem went away. It prevents the ability to place a blueprint.

I will check the mod. Sorry for the late answer. Worked on other stuff.
