There are several ways to remove mods "forcefully" :
Go here : C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Captain of Industry\Mods, and remove manually the mod/s that made your save crash, or just move the mod/s outside the Mods folder to disable it.
Or another way, open the Mods folder that caused your crash, and open the manifest.json file, using Notepad or similiar,
Currently it's not automatic, you need to post your blueprint/BP to this hub manually,

only the modded machine/equipment won't be usable, but the rest of the blueprint will be usable, it will show you warning there in the blueprint though.
easiest way to check it is by make your blueprint with modded machine, save it. exit game, open game, start sandbox with no mods, then check that blueprint, you will get a warning that machine isn't available.

On Linux Mint, Captain of Industry usually runs through Steam Proton, so the mods folder is inside Proton’s Windows compatibility folder.
The most common location is:

It contains a Linux Mint / Proton issue where the manifest.json file already existed, but the game still could not load the mod because the files were accidentally named using backslashes \ as part of the filename…

it uses multiplier, if you put 1000, means pickups now will have 20.000 capacity, maybe the game doesn't like that a.k.a the number is too high.
