Mod Request!

Two things.

1. I would love it if we could have a mod to increase the amount of Torque we could add to power plants. 72 just feels too restrictive once you hit Super Steam levels as it's harder to mix fuel types.
2. A "heavier" flywheel that can store more power or just let us set a multiplier for it.
