Decals Plus 0.1.0

It modifies only the graphics path of the already existing vanilla decal protos:
DecalArea_Fill3
DecalArea_Fill4
DecalArea_Fill5
DecalArea_Fill6
DecalArea_Fill7

As a result:

  • saves remain loadable when the mod is removed,
  • painted tiles keep their vanilla decal IDs,
  • removing the mod only changes the visual appearance back to vanilla.
