DLC references

If your mod needs to reference DLC content, set the corresponding flags in the csproj:

<RequiresSupporterDlc>true</RequiresSupporterDlc>
<RequiresTrainsDlc>true</RequiresTrainsDlc>

This adds references to Mafi.Supporter.dll and Mafi.TrainsDlc.dll respectively. Remember to declare the DLC mod as a dependency in your manifest.json if your mod requires it.
