Localization

Thanks for the mod! :)
Some feedback on the localization: it's a heavy mod to localize :)
Lots of duplicated keys (slightly modified). There's a feeling that some of them are no longer valid. I'd like to ask you to do an audit for valid keys, since there are currently 400+ keys in the file, but from my experience using the mod, it seems some of them are already invalid.

The 'duplicate' keys are likely the same hover tooltips that appear on different elements accross the UI. There are also favorites, filters, and bundles button tooltips that appear on many tools. mostly the same tooltip with slight variance, but needed for guidance.

Ill see how the language keys handles organizing these keys; they are likely not helpfully sorted for editting purpose, and could be better.

• Keys grouped by menus, than tools
• Provides Translation guide.txt to list all the groups = )

No prob! If you think of better way to sort the keys, always down to improve!
