The Bulldoze Includes Underground Pipes setting on the Cheats tab is not saved. Please set that to save just like the Allow Pipes Underground setting.

Thanks.

I'm against this idea, even if it's a bit of a mistake.
I'll explain why it's better to leave it as is; at least, I wouldn't want this setting to persist between saves.

Currently, if the setting was enabled and the user logs out, the next time they load their save (i.e., enter the map), the setting will be disabled, and the user will be confident that they won't accidentally delete any underground pipes when dismantling anything. Some time may pass since their last login, and the user might easily forget whether they had this setting enabled or not. Since the setting is disabled each time the game loads, the user doesn't need to remember anything.
However, if the setting were to persist between game sessions (saves), the user would more often encounter accidental deletions of underground pipes, and would waste much more time and effort than going into the mod's interface and enabling the setting.

This is exactly why i left it to not save between sessions to avoid bulldozing by mistake (becouse 99% of people will forget they left it on including me 😂). So i will leave it as it is to avoid mistakes happen or false reports of it's "broken".
