Issue description
at one point i noticed that fill designations in these areas were missing. At first i thought this might be related to the previous issue i reported (Mining designations cleared), however when trying to place them back i was not able to place them. note: Save below was made just before recording the gifs. when i tried reloading the save without restarting the game, even more places showed the same behavior. After restarting the game and loading the same save, i found that missing terrain designations were back, and i could place new designations as desired. Issue may be related to long session.
