Issue description

Player can get infinite Construction Parts (and rubber).

Reproduction steps

  1. Build a section of transport, 7 segments long (this costs 3 CP)
  2. Using copied connector+perpendicular transport, "chop" the transport up into 4 parts (1 segment long each) by pasting connectors on every other segment (3 connectors total).
  3. Demolish entire build. This renders 4 CP back (one from each segment of demolished transport).

Note: Numbers are for Admiral difficulty.

A proposed fix for this would be a ”hardcore mode” where demolish renders Waste (or nothing) instead of CP.
