Issue description
Both Excavators, Tree harvesters and planters are consuming fuel when paused despite fuel usage being listed as 0. Pickup trucks don't seem to have this issue that I've seen.
Edit* I also just noticed that an idle excavator doesn't seem to consume fuel at all but pausing it will cause it to suddenly start consume fuel.
