Bug. Game no longer recognizes any recipes in any building. The recipe is set but the game presents a no recipe icon and no buildings do anything but sit there.
Your mod was just updated and this problem occurred. Not sure if this is your mod or not. First time playing after the most recent update of your mod.
Very strange. I quite my game (without save) and reload the same save as before and it is now working. Very strange.
