No Solar Power Panel in build menu if only SP II is researched

Issue description

First time I did this... I left out Solar Panels research and went directly to Solar Panels II.
Seems like the build manu can't show SP II only. The indicator for the newly discovered object is on, however.

After researching the basic Solar Panel, the build menu shows both.

Reproduction steps

1. Leave out Solar Panel research
2. Later, research Solar Panel II
3. Check Power Production bar
