Placing a pipe connector deletes pipe

Issue description

I tried placing a pipe connector and the pipe just disappears along another segment of pipe
The pipe placement seems legal

Reproduction steps

1. load Pipe Bug.save
2. place pipe in location from

3. observe two segments of pipe beind destroyed

Game started on latest version of Update 3 and launched on update 4

Manually Placed 1x1 Connectors Disappear When Connected Too

Entirely possible, searching on GitHub did not yield anything as is often the case (since wording differs), anyways it looked like it appeared with the latest update, or maybe got some pipes that disappeared before and never noticed (thought it might have been linked to the new pillar placement stuff if the logic changed)
