How does this mod work?

I have installed the mod, COI says its active, but I dont see any way to active the screen.

Type \ (backslash) and you get a menu like shown in the description.
When selecting a product you will see where that product is produced/consumed/stored/transported

On a german keyboard it opens when typing ^ (circumflex next to the 1 button).
