After restarting the game...

I finished the game. I added the livestock mod in the main menu. And I found the farm in this state.

The field settings remained as they were before the game was saved.

The farm is operating as if nothing happened. The combines have harvested the wheat but it remains in the internal warehouse because the output ports are set to potatoes, including the input for fertilizer.

After restarting and updating the mods, everything returned to normal.
