Idea: Another strip mining machines, Drag Line.

Add a new digger, same idea as the bagger but not as big or as fast or as late in the tech tree. Offer this one earlier than the bagger, not as big nor as fast. Note, this particular one walks not moves on rollers thus has to be built on site just like the bagger 288. There are smaller one that do move on tracks but, there are already a few mods that offer competitive to the smaller drag line excavators. Like offer this one as an in between option.

Looks like a good idea. I will think on how to model something like this
