Distiller in bad category showing

As title says.

There are many reports of what it seems to be the same "bug", which is actually indented behavior.
Here's one that is matching this one completely: Distillation stage 3 showing up in smelting before titanium unlocks is confusing

Its because Distiller Stage III is used in Titanium
