Yes that is a bug! Since it is its own block it should always show.
What scaling are you using in settings and what resolution do you have?

This is now fixed and will come on next weeks update i will push. Added an anti scaler for overlord that keeps it at 100% no matter what scaling one puts in game settings. 😊
