Can't queue solar power 2 without vehicle management 2

I don't know if that was intended from the start but i can't queue the infinite tech solar power 2 anymore without queuing vehicle management 2 even though i already researched it a bit.

As soon as there was no other research i could start it, seems to be a problem with the difference between "add to queue" which also queues VM2 but "start research" only queues solar power

add to queue queues preceding researches even if they are infinite

I think this is the same thing I saw... I've marked mine as "duplicate" but I'll leave in case someone can't find this in a search. Infinite research's infinite prerequisite is never completed
