Cargo Ship Storages, Cargo Ship 2,4,6 & 8, will not change

I tried to set

Cargo Ship Storages
Cargo Ship (2 modules)
Cargo Ship (4 modules)
Cargo Ship (6 modules)
Cargo Ship (8 modules)

To anything other than 0/60s and it rests automatically back to 0/60s
