[Improvement] Add settings for the mining airship

麻烦在配置文件中为采矿飞艇增加设置选项，跟其他飞艇一样，方便用户自行调整参数。目前里面只有普通飞艇的设置，采矿飞艇的还没有。:)

你反馈的几个问题我看到了,都不属于重要的bug问题,我列入清单,下一个版本修正.大约在下个月处理.
我面临中国的注册会计师考试,这是一个重要的严重考试.所以我现在没时间处理.

I have noted the several issues you reported. None of them are critical bugs. I have added them to the list for fixes in the next version, which will be addressed roughly next month.

I am preparing for the Chinese Certified Public Accountant Examination, which is a very important and high‑stakes exam. Therefore, I do not have time to handle these matters right now.
