How do I move a button from the yellow to the green frame?

With edit mode on, Shift + left-drag is the default to drag and drop buttons. You can check settings → controls to see which key is set to drag & drops buttons)

Thanks, it works.
Cool 😎 If you decide to move the green sections away from bottom-left corner, i would recommend instead putting the green frame's tools into a new yellow frame [ + ] then remove the empty green sections instead[ - ]
why? — There's an invisible parent-host linked to a few UI elements that absorbs mouse-clicking in their original positions, even if you move their child-frame elsewhere.
If anything get stuck under neath a dead-zone, 🔎 search its name and reset it's position/nudge to recover using controller 🎮
Dead zones:
↙️ Bottom left primary tools + tools shortcuts (Changes with green section size—goes away if green removed)
↖️ top-left notification background (Toggle Tweaks++ background for notification and it goes away)
⬆️ Top-middle ("paused" overlay—scaling Main stat/ status scale -50 can shrink it by 50%)
↗️ Top-right (invisible calendar host, not fixable, currently)
( If you keep the green sections in bottom left you shouldn't have this issue )
Someday I'll try to make the UI unified and fix all dead-zones out-of-the-box 📦

Is it possible to create filter buttons? (gray bar)
Ahhh Yes the "gray bar" AKA Submenu panel... This is the next beast to tackle for the mod 🤺
Matching styles,? multiple rows? or even filter and other improvements, like you suggest
This is the next planned development, so we shall see! = )
Thanks for the info. Great mod. I look forward to seeing more options you manage to incorporate into it.

What or how would you choose to filter things?
By mod? By newest item tier? By mod author?

And thank you very much! This mod has by far been most challenging, approaching 500 internal versions now 😳 😅
Interesting spot for the placement shortcuts up top! Those move based on submenu open/closed and tool choice. I'd like to see if they can optionally stay fixed, as part of the submenu & search update.
You can also move the layers (L) pop up.

Interesting spot for the placement shortcuts up top! Those move, annoyingly, based on submenu Grey box being open/closed. I'd like to see if they can optionally stay fixed, as part of the next submenu and search update.
Those monster shortcuts were overlapping the object icon descriptions. So I moved them up and there's peace. For now. 😀
