[Suggestion] Ability to change the side for the cargo dock.

Also, please consider the possibility of flipping the construction side for cargo docks. Currently, they can only be built and upgraded in one direction — to the right. It would be great if they could also be placed facing the other way, to the left. In some cases, this is really needed — for example, when building a dock close to the shore, there isn't enough room to upgrade it later, and you have to redo everything and rebuild the landfill in the ocean. If docks could be flipped, it would make things a lot easier :)

Thanks for the suggestion. When I get some time, I'll definitely look into it. There might be some issues with dock upgrade to the next size. But to be sure, I need to look into the code.
