CANDU Reactor III

I tried to build a blueprint using the CANDU III reactor and it keeps over heating when going past level 6. Is this a bug and it should only have 4 production levels vs 8? As 8 gives it an output of 764 (T) Heavy water vs 384 for the normal reactors.

No Problem, I love this mod, and it is giving me so many ideas for game play.
