Idea: change the way the tunnels upgrade.

For underground transports (Belts & pipes) I notice that sometimes when I update a bunch of things. the tunnels do not update and I have to go back and update them one at a time. The ends update but the tunnels do not. But sometimes a few do but almost never all.

good idea, changed it in 1.7.0 :) tunnels dig themselves now after you upgrade both ends, as soon as your storages have the stuff, so no more dig button. there is also a new tunnels being dug button in the tunnel window that shows all tunnels still being built or dug and what they still need
