Update Error

When trying to install or update, I get a message that COI-TrainDlc cannot be found on the COI Hub. I own the train DLC, but for some reason the mod manager is trying to look for it on the mod site.

I still can download it via browser and install by hand

I think, You should correct this

Officially, DLCs are not published on the hub. It should be put in the description. Remove from dependency.
