cant remove asphalt notings happes it wont remove the asphalt

Thanks for the report and screenshot. I found a real problem in the asphalt-removal route.

Captain of Industry does not simply erase a placed surface. A vehicle picks up the recovered material and must return it to a valid receiver. The mod was blocking the dedicated MZ Asphalt Paver from returning reclaimed asphalt to its own paving crew, so the red removal designation could sit there without completing.

I have a v0.12.10 public-test fix ready. It allows an MZ Asphalt Paver assigned to that exact paving crew to reclaim the asphalt and return it to the crew. The paver is still blocked from loading fresh asphalt directly at the plant, and asphalt is still kept out of ordinary storage.

For the test:

1. Build or select the MZ Asphalt Paving Crew.
2. Assign an MZ Asphalt Paver to it.
3. Leave some free asphalt capacity in the crew.
4. Paint the red surface-removal designation over player-laid asphalt.

The recovered asphalt should go back into the paving crew instead of being deleted. If it still does not move, please send the newest game log and a screenshot of the paving crew's Assigned trucks and storage level.
