Automatic attribution of ore to the belts

Right now, a new ore is automatically attributed to the first belt (when all other belts are already full). This may be practical, but once your entire line stops because of some waste or some unplanned ore comes in, a little bit inconvenient.
I think it would be better to let it work the same way as the sorters. Meaning the belt attribution should be made manually. The bagger can simply stop and send a message once the buffer is full.

In this case it's really inconvenient. Ok, it's not hard to implement. Next update will include this feature.
