Issue description

After las update today, I'm not able to place pipes or conveyor belts. When I click on this item in build menu it doesn't appear green on map for building and also not connects to existing inputs/outputs. Other buildings are normally available.

Reproduction steps

  1. Load the game
  2. Try to build pipes or conveyor

v0.8.8, update 4.3

Another player had the same issue and solved it by updating Cheat++ mod.
