Give Mine Control Towers the same Options

Fantastic mod! It would be great if the mine towers could have the same storage-checking options as production buildings. Sometimes I use one large sorting plant for multiple ores. One ore can clog it, and it would be great to pause the mining tower when that ore's storage is full.
