I agree with @Shinhan, please update the instructions. I did not do this until my waste storage was almost full, hope I'm OK, can't go back to previous save. Otherwise, thanks for the hard work!
@Calen - thank you for these amazing blueprints you share with us idiots that want to enjoy building in the game without the hassle of calculations (Dyscalculia is a real thing...),
would it be possible for you to separate the nuclear power plant to the power part and production/enrichment part in separate blueprints and maybe make the later tileable? I think this could help make it easy to build multiple plants which is something some of us might want (I do)
if you build this in stages and run it for a while in the first stage, be aware that the T-3 belt that carries the Spent Fuel (the yellow) to the reprocessing plant holds ENTIRELY too much of it and will cause radiation sickness. I fixed this by reducing the belt from the storage to the reprocessing center to T-1 belts (there is one long and two short pieces that need to be replaced). the problem goes away after you work through your backlog of spent waste as the plant burns it faster than you generate it but if you have a substantial amount saved up be aware of the issue.
love your blueprints!!!
Can this one FBR with 3x enrichment enabled support 4 FBRs with enrichment turned off? I thought it could sustain 3 reactors.
Aside from the mentioned issue with the upgrade plans not containing explicit instructions to enable the reprocessed enrichment recipe, I'm very much enjoying this design. I modified it to remove the yellow cake production as in my game I'm making the yellow cake directly at the mine and bringing it in by train. Moving a few things around I was able to fit a small station in there (you don't need much), and further mirror the design for two quite aesthetically pleasing power plants.
