[Question] Is it possible to display the parameter name?

You might have looked into this or already know the answer...
Is it possible to display a localized name for config parameters? For instance, the manifest uses "display_name"—is there a similar trick available here?
Sometimes it’s not entirely clear what a specific parameter actually does. I realize this sort of thing is usually handled in other config files, but I was just wondering if such a feature is possible.
