[Improvement] Copying settings: mining designation.

Hello!

Please adjust the behavior when copying settings (hotkey "V") in terms of copying the mining designation or dumping designation. Currently, this doesn't happen when copying, and if the user places several such buildings, the designation has to be configured separately for each one :(

Did test this before and then decided not to implement it.
Will check what the reason for that was and re-evaluate.
