Just please, don't break it completely! ))) I based my calculations on the core energy balance designed by the game developers. I used hydrogen as the base energy metric, with boilers and turbines defining its utilization efficiency. Interestingly enough, that's exactly how it works under the hood for them. These connections can be traced through many vanilla recipes.
I can't advise but notice, that catering to what's 'requested by some' without a solid foundation like proper balance isn't the brightest idea. Many developers have burned out or failed because of this. I hope you know what you're doing.
