BUG: Helicopters cannot land on the heliport, nor can they be built. The heliport will build two, then get stuck- unable to spawn the helicopters. If I deconstruct the open heliport, the helicopters are spawned- but they still will not or cannot land on the heliport (Or go there to be deconstructed)
