1 vote Construction range setting 0 · computerneek · 5 months ago Quality of life Tools & Construction 5 months ago by computerneek Posted 5 months ago I've noticed that trucks can make construction deliveries & demolition pickups from sometimes *very* far away, though they'll always get as close as they can. Can we get a gamerule- difficulty setting- that changes that, allowing it to be clamped all the w…

1 vote Medium-length retaining wall 2 · computerneek · 5 months ago New content Terrain & Mining 5 months ago by computerneek Posted 5 months ago Because this is ugly, and it'd look better if those short retaining walls were replaced by a medium that looked like one of the two segments of each long retaining wall: ![image.png](/content-images/a43f3fa98b0877f0096106896db5df17f9ceb7ffcb55180531a5e7962…

1 vote Precision terrain designations 0 · computerneek · 5 months ago New content Terrain & Mining 5 months ago by computerneek Posted 5 months ago Can we get precision terrain designations- ideally in addition to the current one, I think- so we can make neater retaining constructs than this? ![image.png](/content-images/93f3604e07cbf5e1efa4de4539a7a1962f67ad90626751f9aad775931ee44b7c/image.png) These…

1 vote Train "Where Was I Last" 1 · computerneek · 4 months ago Quality of life Trains 4 months ago by BarBarBar Posted 5 months ago Simply put, *which* station? ![image.png](/content-images/68d0981c28f4d0857dcdabb24064effd587c95090cdd3e43126c5ba33c036b5e/image.png) (And "skipped due to fork in the track", etc.) On Network trains, if I don't catch the issue within *seconds* of it happen…

1 vote Can we have the new linked storage feature also for the foodmarket please :D 0 · SillyShibby · 5 months ago Quality of life Population & Services 5 months ago by SillyShibby Posted 5 months ago As the titel says, having the linked storage feature for train stations is great, it would be very helpful to also have it to tell the food market that people are not going to starve in 3 month, if it would consider the full T4 box in front of it xD

1 vote Radiation Resistance Repeatable Research 2 · Bluephoenix · 1 month ago New content Power & Energy Research & Tech 1 month ago by JustADragon Posted 5 months ago A problem with very late game nuclear setups is that they cannot be scaled indefinitely because of radiation. Even if you try to reduce radiation as much as possible some radiation producing waste is still on the belts or at reprocessing plants etc. \ The …

1 vote Productivity Statistics 0 · thibaulthc · 5 months ago Quality of life UI & UX 5 months ago by thibaulthc Posted 5 months ago this is an awesome addition to the game, Wonderfull ! but... I would gladly have the option to toggle or not the Paused time; I have a few buildings that often goes to Pause (with the Programmable Network mod) but then I can't really know the real producti…

1 vote Network trains with no place to dump products... No alerts? 0 · computerneek · 5 months ago Quality of life Trains 5 months ago by computerneek Posted 5 months ago ![image.png](/content-images/0919b1e790dc2b5d3e48a84d2c6dac96af8e1300b03dfdc78c5c703112d5f101/image.png) That train's delivery station was disabled after pickup, and there's no other station on the map that'll accept its product... so it went back to the w…

1 vote Tunnels 0 · Pipe Dreams · 5 months ago New content Vehicles & Roads 5 months ago by Pipe Dreams Posted 5 months ago Tunnels could use concrete as support. Would be useful for getting through mountains.

1 vote Accessibility Key Binds for Remaining Frequent Build Menus & Tools 2 · DeletedAccount7900 · 4 months ago Quality of life UI & UX 4 months ago by BarBarBar Posted 5 months ago *Frequently used menu's that still have no key bind setting available (Blank by default, or otherwise):* - Vehicles Menu: For placing ramps and barriers, often - Forestry -> Trees Menu: many trees, many times *Frequently used Tools That are missing/coul…

1 vote Area switching off/on no-stop zones 1 · Malibu2 · 5 months ago Quality of life Trains 5 months ago by computerneek Posted 5 months ago It would be very nice if it were possible to turn on or off "no-stop zones" not only on individual tracks, but also on an area. With operational train networks, no-stop zones are almost completely unnecessary, and can even sometimes lead to stuck one train…

1 vote Bucket Wheel Excavator 6 · User69 · 3 months ago New content Vehicles & Roads 3 months ago by Istas Posted 5 months ago Could you consider making a bucket-wheel excavator available for our mining operations?\ In theory, the BWE could function like a "reverse" Stacker Tower.\ Regarding material sorting, the simplest method might be to use U-shape sorters or, perhaps, somethi…

1 vote Idea for production chains and gameplay. 0 · Mr-Puff · 5 months ago New content Farming & Food 5 months ago by Mr-Puff Posted 5 months ago Hello everyone!\ 1 - Since the game map is basically an island, why don't we have the resource "FISH"? This is useful both for feeding workers and for extracting oil. We could have fishing docks to acquire fish, fishing boats with greater capacity, process…

1 vote Some ideas about belts/pipes 2 · Nepcior · 5 months ago Quality of life Logistics 5 months ago by Nepcior Posted 5 months ago It would be great if the balancer not only had the option to set priority/no priority, but also to assign a number so the balancer could define the exact order. Similarly, storage outputs have a global setting to halt transport to the conveyor belt/pipe at…

1 vote Drag & build - surfaces and painting 1 · Malibu2 · 5 months ago Quality of life Tools & Construction 5 months ago by DeletedAccount7900 Posted 5 months ago Drag and Build doesn't work with surfaces and painting, but I think it should. ![Zrzut ekranu 2026-05-06 004506.png](/content-images/ad2a42d91e7a4c58c110317fea6cf4ab78746ed07aa3916c245658d5d59f09b7/Zrzutekranu2026-05-06004506.png)

1 vote Move two adjacent tower vertices at the same time 1 · Gevlon · 5 months ago Quality of life Terrain & Mining 5 months ago by Captain Matt Posted 5 months ago Mining tower areas can be modified by pulling the corner vertices.\ If two adjacent tower areas have the same vertices, then pulling it should modify both tower areas. It's annoying to have to do an area modification twice.

1 vote add a "cheat" tag in the mods filters AND allow us to hide some tags please 0 · thibaulthc · 5 months ago Quality of life Modding UI & UX 5 months ago by thibaulthc Posted 5 months ago well, everything is in the title :) I would like to be able to hide some kind of tags, ie clicking once a tag shows all the mods related, and clicking a second time the same box puts a red cross in the box and hide all the related ones.

1 vote Allow for array of the basetypes in the config.json 0 · hreintke · 5 months ago Quality of life Modding 5 months ago by hreintke Posted 5 months ago Allow for array of the basetypes in the config.json This would give options like {\ "config_bool_array": {\ "default": \[true\],\ "description": "Example of a boolean array configuration option.",\ "max_array_length": 20\ },\ "config_tags": {\ "default": \…

1 vote Add a "Clear Tags" button to the Mods overview page 0 · hreintke · 5 months ago Quality of life Modding UI & UX 5 months ago by hreintke Posted 5 months ago The list is long and not always completely visible.\ Now you have to find the selected tags and clear them one by one

1 vote Feedback and suggestions train network 1 · Kaiser · 5 months ago Quality of life Trains 5 months ago by computerneek Posted 5 months ago I've used train networks quite a bit since 4.1 and they are awesome. Some problems I've encountered: 1. It is difficult to get trains to refuel when they should, because they only "check" for fuel after a "job" ends. If, for example, you want your trains t…

1 vote Enhance train pathfinding to allow reversing on any bidirectional track 1 · Zypheran · 5 months ago Quality of life Trains 5 months ago by computerneek Posted 5 months ago Currently train lines offer the advantage of being able to force a train to reverse at a station in order to back into or out of another station. Train networks lack an option alike and necessitate the use of bulky turnaround loops for depots, storage yard…
