Are you using Nimbs Storage mod? If so this one has not been updated for 0.8.5 and that is same problem some people have reported that is not from my mod. You can see forum post about it here https://coigame.com/Topic/1399/No-Access-to-any-storage

Because my storage mod works fine in latest version and older stable also.
