This was always hidden when Maintenance was disabled on the mod by the other guy who was banned. (Who shall not be named.)
I have seen it hidden occasionally on some saves but there is no consistency with this.
I was able to hide the top of the menu (thus covering up the maintenance thing) by using the CTRL + drag option to move the menus, but I could no longer do this when I launched my game today. I don't know why.

Do you mean on pinned product you want the maintenance to be hidden when you have cheat on for "No Maintenance" ?

It's now added and will hide it when "No Maintenance" is on in cheats++. Will come on update batch today later.
