It would be great to have underground pipe balancers added to the mod. As it is allready possible to rise the balancers, why not bury them.

I hope it's a new mod, because the original game doesn't support placing underground balancers. If this mod adds one or changes the properties of objects in the original game, then it probably won't be able to maintain the feature of being safely removable.

Note: The original game does support placing underground pipes, it's just very cumbersome; this mod simply makes that cumbersome process easy and quick.
