Settlement Anarchy
π one global settlement economy
β’ Population, service demand, satisfaction and Unity are combined across all housing on the map.
β’ Demand still exist, but in a global shared pool and can be satisfied from anywhere.
β’ All Housing inspection panels show global supply & demand.
π’ Town Services anarchy
β’ Town Services can be placed anywhere while servicing the global economy.
β’ Does not change supply, demand, input or output, workers or maintenance numbers in any way.
β’ You're still responsible to keep your population happy & healthy.

Decoration Radius
β’ Decorations no longer need to be snapped to housing to give their unity bonus.
β’ Radius of influence of 28 cells. (The size of one housing building)
β’ A radius of influence overlay is available in decoration inspector panels.

Deconstruction Anarchy
Removes restriction on bulldozing interior city-blocks connected to other housing or town services.
Snap-Grid Toggle
Press G to toggle snap-grid while placing city blocks, Town Services, or decorations. β Reconfigure keybind in Controls

[GLOBAL SETTLEMENT ECONOMY] - All player Housing shares one global Settlement economy, allowing separate towns to function together anywhere on the island. - Population stats show the shared totals for population, housing capacity, food, water, wastewater, electricity, household goods, appliances, electronics, luxury goods, computing, healthcare, waste, recyclables, biowaste, health, and Unity. [TOWN SERVICE ANARCHY] - Town Services can be placed anywhere without connecting them directly to Housing, while still serving the global Settlement economy. - Town Services retain their normal inputs, outputs, storage, needs, workers, power, maintenance, and logistics requirements. [DECORATION ANARCHY] - Settlement Decorations no longer need to be snapped to Housing to provide their Unity bonus. - Nearby Housing receives the bonus when it is within the Decoration Radius, including freely offset layouts and small gaps. [SNAPPING GRID TOGGLE] - While placing Housing, Town Services, or Settlement Decorations, click the placement-toolbar toggle or press G to enable or disable snapping. - The keybind can be changed under Escape Menu → Controls.
