[Request] Adding a localization system for the mod

I'd like to request that you add localization to the mod 😅

Hi, I am fairly new to this, what do you mean by that

Currently, the mod is only in English. I'm asking you to add localization for other languages.
It would be great to add all the languages supported by the game — I think there are 21 of them. But if you don't want to add all of them, then at least make a file in English, so users can create their own localizations for other languages and provide the translation here for adding to the mod.

An example of a localization system can be seen in any mod that supports it, for example, Tower UI or Kayser's Automatic Terrain Designations.
