I have tested using only your ++ mods.
And it reads in all settings EXCEPT: Computing Cost Scaling % on two settings.
I did notice I have to reload the game for the saved changes to take effect (not a problem just have to remember to save and reload when any changes to this menu are saved).
I had set all costs to 0 and all boosts to max (Ludicrous speed), clicked on save settings button and reloaded the game and went straight to this settings menu.
Note: I am in sandbox mode.

Was an easy fix and i was stupid and it ignored 0 as value. Will come tomorrow update for cheats. 😊
