Train Stats or Turning speed cheat

It would be a nice addition to be able to tweak the stats of the train locomotives such as speed or engine power.
Another nice ability would be a cheat to disable train speed limits on tighter turns to allow a base built with more condensed rails (maybe an option to either set speed limits, or choose which turn tightness gets its speed limit removed from, perhaps?)
