Train Waypoints can't be selected when diagonal vs horizontal/vertical

Issue description

I cannot click on train waypoints when they are on track that doesn't align with grid/is at an off angle. If I am in the train line menu and drag a selection box I can add the waypoint but I can't modify it to only let say 1 train into it if its like a waiting bay.

I've tried deleting it (have to drag select delete whole chunk of rail to get it since I cant manually click on it.

When I move deletion cursor over waypoint it doesn't see anything, but if I move it to track right next to it, it does.

Reproduction steps

Build train track not along horizontal/vertical grid

Place waypoint

Done, I now have unselectable waypoint

Game version and build number

Buffers have the same issue

Can't select waypoint or add them to a network/route.
