(For update 3)Based on the supply of all kinds of food, it is enough for about 9k pop, the problem is less cake and too much snacks. It is a bit of a pity considering the area of this complex. By increasing space utilization and slightly expanding the area, there is a good chance of supplying 12k pop.
After upgrading all fertilizer IIs the final pipe to storage needs to be upgraded to lvl 3, otherwise the 200 throughput cant support the 216 output
Not sure if it is due to a game update somewhere, but Stage 1 of this blueprint doesn't work. The water line cannot traverse over the top of the mill. Also, your update states that the current version is 4.1.1, but the download version in-game description lists it as 4.1.0.
