When i import this, and the electronics blueprints, the recipes don't seem to have been copied through so i have to add them manually for some reason. Other than that, they look really nice and clean

Well... How about Level 1 Microchip machine version? If you build this first time one you don't have MC2. And after downgrade to MC1 you lose recipes, which cause hardly solvable mess.
