Why
Coming back after a break? Want to try a new map? Starting over yet again?
I often begin a new game and then abandon it because the early grind and resource starvation wear me out. I want to design efficient factories and connect them with trains — not sit around waiting for a single CP1 plant to produce enough parts for the next building!
What
This mod speeds up the early game with a set of start bonuses:
- Unlocks technologies up through CP3 and trains. Side branches are not included — you still need to research those yourself!
- Grants starter resources. The pack includes:
- CP1 = 2500
- CP2 = 1000
- CP3 = 350
- Electronics 1 = 600
- Rail Parts = 1200
- Diesel = 2500
- Changes starting vehicles:
- 8 → 10 starting trucks
- 0 → 4 starting excavators
- T1 → T2 trucks and excavators at start
Options
- Configure vehicle counts and T1/T2 upgrades
- Toggle research unlocks and starter resources
- Resource amount multiplier
- Resources spawn in T3 storages near the island ruins (truck-accessible)
