Is there a way to hide the map again? I accidentally activated the cheats but forgot where the save file was and now the entire map is visible

Hide map? What do you mean?

Save files for cheats are located in cheats mod folder under folder "saved settings"

The explored map. I want to reexplore the map again. Sadly I forgot that I enabled the cheat

Oh you mean the cheat "reveal whole map" that can't be undone once you done it. Only way to redo it, is to go back on save/autosave.
